/ EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Any product purchased from Healthy Ideas can be exchanged, provided that the Customer returns it within a maximum of 15 days, and should contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org. The non-payment of the order within 48 hours after the date it was made implies the automatic cancellation of the same.
Returned products must be in the same state in which they were delivered to Customer. If the final value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is greater than the initial value of the order, the Customer will have to pay the difference by using one of the available payment methods. If it is lower than the initial value of the same, the Client may request the refund of this amount by bank transfer to the account to be indicated. Healthy Ideas does not accept the exchange of articles that have their original packaging damaged. Items sent free of charge, in the form of gifts or bonuses, will not be refunded. The shipping and banking costs associated with the return of products are fully and exclusively borne by the Customer.
In the case of a defective return or logistic error, Healthy Ideas, will collect the article, assuming the costs of the return, as well as the shipping costs of the correct product. Returns will only be accepted within the stipulated time and exchanges are subject to stock availability. An unsuccessful exchange request automatically generates a refund and a consequent credit. In case of unavailability of the product and / or stock breach, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to reimbursement of the respective amount paid.
In all cases, all requests for exchange or credit must be made by registered mail that guarantees delivery of the merchandise at our address at Avenida da Madalena nº114, 9020-330 Funchal.
In the order to be returned, the reference of the article (s) and the reasons for the return must be indicated.
